Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with our services. If you are not satisfied with the work delivered, you may contact us to discuss your concerns and request a refund. Each request will be reviewed individually based on the work completed and the circumstances.
Payment Processing Fees
If a refund is approved, any actual payment processing fees that were charged to us and are non-refundable may be deducted from the refund amount. The deduction will be based on the fee charged by the payment provider, rather than a fixed percentage, and we will explain the calculation.
